the approach
Tight shoulders aren't a cosmetic problem — they're a signal. Stress, a habit, a compensation pattern. My job is to read those signals and act on them.
Every session starts with questions and simple movement checks: try this, hold this, and tell me what you feel. I draw from stretching, mobility, Pilates-based movement, and biomechanics. The method follows the body in front of me, not a single label.
My group classes run on the same intake forms and the same live check-ins as my privates. I know about your old injuries before you step on the mat, and I'd rather you interrupt the class than push through something that feels wrong.
With regular work: a body that feels stronger and more organized, better posture, easier breathing, and the ability to sense what your body needs before it becomes pain. Without regularity I won't promise anything — and I'll tell you that to your face. Weight loss is sometimes a side effect. It's never the goal.

Fitness develops physical qualities. What I do is about getting to know your body — and living in partnership with it.
— Coach Ilona
For adults who want to move with more ease, athletes working on a specific limitation, and anyone who wants more flexibility, control, and confidence in everyday movement. The approach is personal, whether you are training for a competition or simply want your body to feel more capable.
Sports and disciplines: gymnastics, dance, boxing, Muay Thai, taekwondo, swimming, tennis, running, karate, desk workers.

Eight hours at a screen leaves its mark — a stiff neck, shoulders up by your ears, a lower back that complains by mid-afternoon. I unwind those patterns and give you mobility and recovery work that fits around a working day.

A skill that won't score, a limitation that caps training load, a season you can't pause. I look for the movement pattern contributing to the limitation and build the work around the athlete's body, training load, and competition schedule.

No sport, no performance goal — just a body you'd like to understand instead of fight. I work the same careful, individual way with anyone who wants to move and feel better.
who I've worked with
Professional and national-team athletes come to me with something specific: a skill that won't score, a limitation that caps training load, a season that can't stop. Three cases, briefly — individual client stories, not guaranteed outcomes.
Professional boxing
A professional boxer came to me with shoulder discomfort that limited how hard he could train. After two targeted sessions, he reported that the shoulder was no longer limiting full-intensity training.
National-team taekwondo
A national-team athlete came to me mid-season, with no room to pause and rehab. I built two short movement sequences around his existing training — one before practice, one after. He later reported kicking at full power at European-level camps.
Competitive gymnastics
A young gymnast's switch-leg leap on beam kept losing points — the split wasn't visible mid-air. The work focused on inner-thigh activation and controlled extension. In the following competitions the skill scored higher, and she later entered the US national top 10 for her level.
My studio is based in Las Vegas — but the work doesn't stay there. Athletes travel, compete, train across time zones. So do I. Wherever the season takes you, the work continues.
schedule & pricing
Live schedule, spots, and pricing stay on the booking page — what's below is simply how I organize the work.
Small-group stretching, mobility, Healthy Back, yoga, and other movement-based classes, with personal attention throughout each session.
One-on-one movement work built around your body, goals, and movement patterns. Private sessions usually start with a conversation to understand what you're looking for.
For people who train regularly — because regularity is the one thing I won't compromise on.
Availability and current rates live on the booking page and stay up to date there. For private sessions, text or call (702) 488-2666.

the studio
My studio is small on purpose — my own comparison is a hard-to-find restaurant you end up protecting once you know it exists. Wood, plants, daylight, and nothing extraneous. This is where the private and group work happens; the practice itself travels with my clients.

Your first visit starts with a conversation and simple movement checks — not a workout you have to survive. You will leave with a clearer sense of what to focus on next.
